Federico has 12 years’ experience in M&A and fundraising within the Media and Technology industry. Prior to joining Alvarium through the merger with Lepe Partners, Federico was a Director on the UBS EMEA M&A Execution team and an Associate on the Deutsche Bank Corporate Finance team, actively involved in the origination and execution of TMT M&A, debt- and equity-linked transactions. Federico is an early-stage angel investor and holds a MSc in Finance and a BA in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
