The Alvarium Real Estate Co-Investment platform has deployed more than $5bn of capital, of which roughly 18% has been invested by Alvarium partners, shareholders and employees.

We oversee deal origination, due diligence, documentation, structuring and exit through close relationships with our chosen teams and board and investment committee representation.
We make principal investments on behalf of Alvarium’s clients in high-growth corporates within the media, consumer and technology sectors. Our industry expertise and network allow us to identify trends as they emerge and take a creative approach to sourcing opportunities. The team takes both minority and majority equity positions in these companies. The primary focus is on companies to which we can bring a high level of additional value through our contacts and sector-specialist expertise.
